The first three Tokyopop discs were released as a volume 1 in the Uk by VDI Entertainment. They solicited a Vol 2, but it never happened, and preorders got cancelled.
Back in the day I bought the Fabulous Films DVD release of Inuyasha S1 Vol 1 on Day 1. I'm still waiting for Vol 2.
I've also got one UK DVD release of Initial D.
