MVM DOTW is Killing Bites again.

I've had it for ages.
Rewatched twice.
Plenty action and a daft plot.
And fanservice.
I thought I recognised the synopsis.
I probably picked it up last time round, but didn’t get round to watching it. Need to check before re-ordering!

If the show aired in the early 00s or so, it would have performed better I reckon.

Ah, the oughties is prime time anime for me, back when my most favorite anime released, especially the majority of my favorite Girls with Guns anime - all Top Ten anime for me. Noir, Madlax, El Cazador de la Bruja, Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom, Gunslinger Girl, Black Lagoon, Ghost in the Shell SAC, etc... Ok, Jormungand came out in 2012, but close enough! 🤤

Hmm. Looks pretty. Nice trinkets.

Question: I would appear to have an old DVD set (really must get round to some of my backlog!) - is it worth upgrading?
I note the HMV listing only specifies 7hrs of bonus content (and just the 85 series episodes), so there’s at least a couple of hours ‘missing’ even before considering the possibility of some being different.
So I do own this boxset the figures and the box set are really nice but the picture is just OK and not as good as the protoculture collection I am led to believe alas I don't think there was a UK release for that. The extras aren't all that though and it's in no way the definitive Robotech collection. I prefer the Robotech Complete series collection which came with LOADS of extras including The Sentinels and Robotech movie without megazone sadly its a lot cheaper too Robotech - The Complete Series [DVD] https://amzn.eu/d/6wZ06ot

If anyone is looking to get the Konosuba game on Steam next week Green Man Gaming have it on offer with 28% off for members until February 12th.

Green Man are a first source seller of pc games and not a key reseller like quite a few other sites so these are sourced directly from the publisher and not markets with a lower retail price.

Game looks fun, I'm in the middle of a few other things though, but will probably check it out after release at some point!

I already have this coming in a Crunchyroll Store order so I don't need it but there is currently an auction for Lupin the Third: The Columbus Files going on ebay, no one has bidded on it yet so is only £1.00 currently (+ £2.50 p&p) if anyone wants to try their luck.

It's a much smaller sale than their bi-annual ones but there's some decent US exclusive titles worth picking up if you haven't already. Hataraki Man, all three seasons of Chihayafuru, & Hakumei & Mikochi, a show I will forever hype up as one of the best iyashikei titles ever I've watched. I'm still sour it never saw a second season.
