I assume they are extremely busy as they have got a lot of licenses recently so that’s part of it but its side effect is leaving people in the dark. When you send an email and it takes like 5 days or longer to respond it feels weird
Communication has been suprisingly bad from Al lately usually they are very good. I think they have gotten big enough they probably need a dedicated person for consumer relations
No IOSS is a really big shame I really want to use ALs store on a regular basis but small orders make no sense so I tend to just buy in bulk during the sales to offset the extra charges
I believe for great pretender they did it that way so they could showcase all the art they had I believe they said that at some stage. For other series I’d like to just have 1 case + decent sized artbook instead of the smaller ones we tend to get these days.
Also I’m partial to the steelbooks...
It’s one of the few things AL could improve, I fear they have taken on too many projects this year and are very busy. A dedicated CS agent might make sense
The worst part about AL sales is prices are never consistent, stuff can be like 20€ in one sale then 30€ in one he next. If something has been discounted before it should have consistent sales every time it’s on sale in the future
