Yeah, the fact that it's 4K and 3 movies - £33 a movie is on the higher end for a new 4K, but I suppose you are getting the collector's box and booklet with it as well.

I'm guessing they may have realised that it's better to just drop things when they're ready rather than to promise things on certain dates - if something gets delayed then they don't have to announce it and disappoint fans/customers.
