Very excited to see the Yokai Monsters series getting a release, but it's a darn shame that only one of the films is from a new restoration - despite all 3 having been restored. I know that Arrow have tried, but that doesn't take away from the fact that - like the Daimajin set out this week - the transfers are out-of-date at time of release.
Third Window Films has revealed a few artworks for their upcoming Blu-ray releases.
On 30th August, FUNUKE: Show Some Love, You Losers! is available on Blu-ray for the first time.
SRP: £19.99, available to pre-order on Terracotta for £15. On-disc features include Making Of and Deleted & Extended Scenes.
On 18th October, Toshiaki Toyoda: 2005-2021 Box Set is available on Blu-ray as a limited edition.
SRP: £59.99, available to pre-order on Terracotta for £40. This box set includes 6 films for a total runtime of over 6 hours.
Disc 1 has the 2005 film Hanging Garden. On-disc features include Audio commentary by Toshiaki Toyoda, Making Of, and Deleted Scenes.
Disc 2 has 2011 film Monsters Club, 2019 film Wolf's Calling, 2020 film The Day of Destruction and 2021 film Go Seppuku Yourselves. On-disc features include Making of Monsters Club, Monsters Club audio commentary by Jasper Sharp, and a new interview with Toshiaki Toyoda. Even though it's four films on a single Blu-ray disc, two of the films are short-length.
Disc 3 has the 2012 film I'm Flash. On-disc features include Audio commentary by Tom Mes, new interview with Toshiaki Toyoda, Making Of featuring cast & staff interviews plus premiere stage greetings.
On 15th November, Beyond the Infinite Two Minutes is available on Blu-ray for the first time.

Seems like Amazon have started leaking 88 films Q4 schedule or as its known "how 88 films announce releases"
For the Asian releases so far there's Shaolin Mantis (Dec 6th) and I assume the Jet Li 'banger' The One which is coming in a steelbook (Nov 8th).
For those interested the others so far are Good Guys Wear Black (Chuck Norris film) and Black Cat in a deluxe collector's edition (80's Italian horror).

Nice. Looks like Black Cat is actually the 1991 Hong Kong film by Stephen Shin though I actually don't know if it was part of the Category III line-up or not.

Toshiaki Toyoda's Pornostar is getting a standard edition re-release due 18th October 2021. The film was included as part of the out of print Toshiaki Toyoda: The Early Years limited edition box set.
Category III films Robotrix and Story of Ricky are both now listed on 88 Films' webstore which indicates pre-orders will begin soon. Both films are still scheduled for 27th September 2021 priced at £24.99 each.
Indeed. The Street Fighter films alone would make him an icon, but he's also integral to many of Kinji Fukasaku's films. He's also great in Wolf Guy: Enraged Lycanthrope, which Arrow rescued a few years ago and is outrageous fun.

I have Turtles Are Surprisingly Fast Swimmers but have not watched it yet, will look into Adrift in Tokyo, thankyou I am a bit more lukewarm when it comes to TWF - I have watched several titles from them that I didn't like anywhere near as much as those two, but they do release some great stuff
So this topic has been brought up a few months ago but it's becoming more serious now since apparently it's going into effect soon.
Without delving too deep into the subject matter, China's National Security Law in Hong Kong has gotten to a point where it will mean censorship of already-released Hong Kong films can happen and apparently there are a select number that are very likely to be affected even though there is no official list.
If you are someone who likes to import Region A Hong Kong releases I suggest doing so if you can, though I would not be surprised if the English releases may be allowed to keep the original (while the edited version remains in Asia).
