Beez, one the primary anime DVD distributors operating in the UK, have released information detailing their boxset plans for 2007. These new releases are as follows:
  • Dated UK DVD box-sets
  • [23/04/07] Yukikaze (incl. English DTS track)
  • [14/05/07] .hack//Legend of the Twilight
  • [28/05/07] .hack//SIGN (1 of 2)*
  • [28/05/07] Wolf's Rain (1 of 2)

    To be announced
  • [N/A] .hack//SIGN (2 of 2)*
  • [N/A] Wolf's Rain (2 of 2)
  • [N/A] Planetes (1 of 2)
  • [N/A] Planetes (2 of 2)

    * = includes .hack//Liminality OVA released with the games, as well as the Gift OVA.
In addition to this, Beez are also urging fans to head on over to their newly opened forums (apparently these first for UK anime DVD publishers, scroll down to the "International Forum" section) and sign up to their soon to be delivered newsletter (titled Beez=Out).
 
Will definitely be picking Planetes up, but I hope Beez price these boxes appropriately. If they follow suit with their previous two-parter sets and ask for £40 each, I can see people importing instead. Which would be a terrible shame, as most of these deserve to do well :|

I got the US .hack boxset a while back and I'm not up for re-buying the same thing twice just for Limitiy and Gift (as halerious as Gift was).

Also, Gundam Seed Boxsets, where, ***king, etc.
