A fascinating and well-written article there. Kon definitely deserves special attention as director - his work is truly outstanding, and demonstrates how powerful and effective animation can be. I'm ashamed to say I haven't seen Tokyo Godfathers yet - it's gone straight to the top of my Christmas list though!
