The Mutantfrog Travelogue has translated a quite interesting Japanese magazine article that concerns the "The Hollowing Out of Japan’s Animation Industry" - more specifically, the article discusses how the wide-spread outsourcing of in-between animation to other Asian countries (due to cheap labor) will ultimately impact on the future animation talent coming out of Japan.
