UK Anime Distributor Anime Limited Discussion Thread

I bought the bundle. I have everything bar Nerima (DVD...boo!) and the Eureka Seven UE, but CEX will give me £59 if I trade in everything bar Eureka Seven.
 
There are still enough titles for the mystery boxes I believe. (I edited out the titles from today’s deals. Thanks to @NormanicGrav for doing this chart!)

  • Titles included in previous Mystery Boxes are not allowed (except for DVD versions)
  • Part 2 or Season 2 are not allowed
  • Titles included in the Days 1-11 sale in the same year are not allowed
  • April 2018 is the cut-off point for this year's sales.
  • Title must have at least 500 units in stock (or in a special case they may secretly swap it with another title that has yet to be put on sale, like what they did with Blood Blockade Battlefront & Lord Marksman and Vanadis).
I narrowed down the potential possible inclusions for one of the boxes:

Noragami Aragoto I'm ruling out as it's a second season. Black Butler: Book of Circus I kept in due to how the previous seasons are mostly filler.

Yeah I dont want any of those. So I wont be buying the Box. I wouldnt mind Ajin as I plan ALs S2 but I have sentai's. I just hope next year we get Hyouka part 2 on sale and Re:Zero

Hmm, if that’s the case then I may actually skip this year. I love the mystery boxes but there’s maybe 3 things in there that I’m actually interested in and I’ve already spent quite a lot.

The only titles I’m still waiting for are:
T&B The Rising
The Anthem of the Heart
The case of Hana and Alice
Wolf's Rain UE
So yeah the box just isn’t worth all the duplicates this time around.

It’s my own fault. I’ve never even seen U7, I just like the Ultimate Editions and have low willpower. Still, that bundle wounds my soul...and wallet.

Also, having realised I can track all my orders from last years sale I might do a comparison when this years over out of curiosity.

Nothings wrong with it but apparently the Blu-ray has an extra long first episode. (Broadcast was still 45 mins)

I've only seen the broadcast version and rate both seasons amongst the best anime of the last 5 years, along with March Comes in Like a Lion. 😍
