Advert banners on Anime UK News

Hey guys,
I made the decision this week to trial Google Adsense and Amazon advert banners on Anime UK News for a couple of months. I've reached a point where I'm interested to see whether or not such things are capable of earning us revenue.
I tried this a few years back with Anime-on-line and it wasn't really worth it, but this time things are a little different - for a start, I can customize the adverts (especially the Google Adsense ones) so they don't look out of place and wrong, also, I can control the majority of what is displayed too (though Google seems to be serving up the occasional hentai/bootleg links - I think I can block certain adverts though).
Anyway, just thought I'd give y'all a heads up, I haven't sold Anime UK News just yet

If you absolutely hate this idea, don't be afraid to say.I hate the idea of them being at the top near all the settings buttons. Being rather sleepy at the moment I clicked it without thinking hoping to display my PM's but instead got abducted to some strange place. The ads at the bottom however are fine. I hardly ever scroll right down to the bottom.
Also I chuckled at this. "Little Mermaid Hentai". Seems like fish cootch is on the menu with these new banners.

By the way, I don't have any issue with there being ads on the forum. I can totally appreciate that a website takes money to run, and they don't affect my enjoyment in any way.
Google ads are usually a bit of a laugh anyway...I always have one on MySpace telling me I can meet Busted, even though they broke up about two and a half years ago.

There is a difference between "Little Mermaid Hentai" and Childporn, while the advert wasn't what some were expecting atleast use a little common sense guys.
If you actually think that Google, one of the biggest web advertisers in the world, would let that kind of filth be distributed on thier network then i would say you are grossly mistaken.
