The official UK website for Millenium Actress contains two exclusive clips (in both Quicktime and Flash format) of the English dub produced especially for it's UK release.

Also, for those who like a bargain, Manga Ent. UK have teamed up with HMV to sell a Millennium Actres and Perfect Blue double pack (both films share the same acclaimed director Satoshi Kon). If you are interested, be sure to move fast- apparently this deal will only be available for a limited amount of time.
 
Despite what my opinions on English dubs amount to, I think these dub clips sound alright- a worthy UK exclusive; though the dialogue does occasionaly sound like it's being read off a page rather acted during the first part of clip 1.
