so many songs out there that were hits of their times, but are forgotten nowerdays

always a nice change to hear them again and even remember what u were doing back in the days it was at it's peek

one song that always comes to mind with me is "Posh Spice and Bryan Adams - Baby When you're gone", it always played when i was doing my work experience at the RSPCA.

and one of my favorites "Lighthouse Family - Lifted", basicly my theme song for whenever i was doing my GCSE's

so, got any?

Thats why i love going back to my old Student Union bar for nights out, loads of songs being played that I totally forgot about but still really love, like Knock on Wood by the Might Mighty Boss Tones

Most songs are forgotten for damn good reasons.

I just love how you always have something positive and useful to say.

My old favourites would be be She Will Be Loved by Maroon 5 and These Words by Natasha Bedingfield which always remind me of a really good summer I had. And Wherever you will go by the Calling.

Half The World Away - Oasis. classic song BECAUSE it was the opening and ending theme to The Royale Family, whic was probably one of the best comedys ever

you really hardly hear that?

it's on every bloody day on the radio here

I have a few things I never bought but should have that remind me of alternative nights up the student union or out in Cardiff when my mate or people I know DJed. I think the main ones though are "You Suck - Consolidated and The Yeastie Girls" and "The Devil Went Down To Georgia - The Levellers" although I think it may only be a B side on a 12" so could be a bitch to find.

Johnny Cash sung that!? Shiiiiiiiiit. -Downloads-

Anyway.

Yo listen up here's a story
About a little guy that lives in a blue world
And all day and all night and everything he sees
Is just blue like him inside and outside
Blue his house with a blue little window
And a blue corvette
And everything is blue for him and hisself
And everybody around
Cos he ain't got nobody to listen to

I'M BLUE, DABA DE DABA DIE, DABA BE DABA DIE.

That was probably the first piece of music I actually bought.
