help with cosplay !

Im wanting to make a new cosplay outfit but i really dont know who to do!
My sowing skills are good but i want to try and keep it relatively simple (no beldandys please !!). it would also be very useful if the character had medium blonde hair so i dont have to use a wig. any suggestions are great; thanx
