Myself and a few others currently have the basis for an anime series (background to the series, plot arcs, basic episode outline, character descriptions etc) and are working on concept art (external to our team since none of us can produce the correct style... 
However one question remains of who and how to approach a company to produce or at least look seriously at the concept.
Does anyone have any ideas as to who would make sense to approach, UK is probably not the best place to look but its a start, I don't mind travelling to the US to make a pitch if it stands any chance.
