Can someone please tell me the name of this anime

Someone sugested to me that the first banner was Ultra Maniac has anyone else got an opinion on that?

That was the first thing I tried but I got no reply and I even checked all there projects but couldnt tell if any were the source of the banner.

I've finally figured out what anime it is from, Ask Dr. Rin.
I'm extremely annoyed because only 11 out of 51 episodes have been subbed and it's status has stalled because they need a translator for the series.
