Despite being warned by Mami not to go into Kamihama City, Kyouko Sakura heads there anyway. Lulled into a false sense of security by how easily she defeats some of the witches there, Kyouko finds herself thrust into one of Kamihama’s rumours and ends up cursed! Faced with mysterious slips of paper that appear out of nowhere and seem to be counting down to something, Kyouko returns to Kamihama to find out what is going on and stop the countdown before it is too late.
