Following up <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genshiken">Genshiken</a>'s first season (12 episodes) from 2004, it has finally been announced that the popular otaku comedy is to receive a second TV series and will start airing on Japanese TV in a matter of months; to be precise, this coming October.
